[Luca knows his audience, see. He knows that the braggadocious, if modest, men will not be able to resist the challenge. Everyone else is enough of a whore (or at least whore-curious) to show up just because. Surely that appeals to all parties? And if not, he'll wrangle the rest by force.
Which, speaking of force: Vildred, Wolfwood, Varka, River, and Jing Yuan are all recruited to help prepare the area. Large floodlights are dragged in. Chairs are set up. There's even a sturdy table in case anyone wants to get wild and dance on it. Sure, it's also for holding holding a number of white t-shirts (you can wear them without them poofing away, just this once) pitchers of water (yeah, the lake is right there, but if you want to put on a show) and glowsticks (you can break them and paint them on yourself if you want), but like. Look. Luca doesn't care. He's not your dad, he's just here to stare at men.
A fire is also built nearby. It isn't nearly as big, bright, or hot as the ones that Mr. Bone-Jangles prefers, but if you need to warm up, you can head over there without feeling like you're drying out (he's looking out for his aquatic inclined friends).
As the sun starts to set and as the horns chime for curfew, Luca sits upon a nearby chair and. Waits with a devious grin.
